Founded in 2003, Premier Realty Associates is a large, full service California brokerage, belonging to more than 30 MLSs and Realtor Associations throughout the state. And with over 750 agents and brokers statewide, it is one of the 20 largest real estate companies in California, making our brand recognized throughout the state.

With the Premier Realty Associates headquarters located in San Diego, independent agents work from their own remote offices, in the areas they serve. These remote offices provide the small town office appeal while giving clients the power of a large statewide brokerage.

The Broker

John Lemkau is both the founder and broker of record. His office is located at the headquarters in San Diego, California. In addition to the brokerage, he also oversees the affiliated in house mortgage and escrow companies.

The Agents

Amanda & Jerry Arend are a wife and husband team working throughout Sonoma and Marin counties. They began their full time residential real estate career in 2000. Then in 2009, they brought their experience to Premier Realty Associates. Keeping their small town office vibe, they serve their community from their local office located in Rohnert Park, CA.
